An Atlanta man was struck and killed by a MARTA train close the end of service early Saturday, the agency said.

The man, identified as Bert Langley, was killed around 1 a.m. at the Atlanta Civic Center station, according to MARTA spokesman Lyle Harris. Langley was struck in the wayside, or immediate area around the track.
