There will be a memorial service for Rev. Elward D. Ellis of Crossroads Presbyterian Church in Stone Mountain at Fairfield Baptist Church on June 2, 2 p.m.
Fairfield is located 6133 Redan Road in Lithonia.
Ellis left behind a wife and son, an article in Intervarsity Christian Fellowship reported.
According to an obituary in the Atlanta Journal Constitution, Rev. Ellis was 63. His vehicle crossed the center line of North Druid Hills Road and had a head-on crash with a truck, the obituary said.
